As a Jacksonville native—Nancy Pedrick Cusimano doesn't just have an extensive and comprehensive understanding of the lifestyle, communities, schools, neighborhoods and businesses on the First Coast, but she also has a profound love for the area where she lives, works, and volunteers.

During her 28 years of commercial real estate experience, she focused on Property Management, Project Management, Development, Acquisition and Disposition, REO, Leasing and Marketing ---- Nancy developed excellent customer service, contract and price negotiation, lease administrative, real estate marketing, renovation and new construction skills. Nancy is a problem solver and will always have her customer’s best interest at heart. Her vast knowledge of Jacksonville and prior work experience has best equipped Nancy to navigate her customers through any obstacle with the goal of making their real estate transactions feel effortless.

More personally, Nancy loves to spend time with her family and pets, relaxing in nature, practicing yoga, tending her garden, enjoying live music, and volunteering in her community. Nancy believes the best way to enrich her community and city is through volunteerism. Currently, she gives her time rejuvenating Fishweir Park and works with RAP’s Parks and Recreation Committee, The Bolles School, Children’s Home Society of Florida, Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens, and Pediatric Hospice of Northeast Florida.
