I worked with another Realtor for 6 months and did not have one offer on my property. After I signed with Nancy at Exit Realty, I had an accepted offer within 3 weeks. I am not sure where she gets her leads or her contacts, but she has contacts that other realtors do not have. It was a pleasure working with Nancy and she took care of everything and communicated with me regularly. All that I did was accepted the offer and showed up at the closing. Nancy took care of the rest. It was so simple. I would highly recommend Nancy Ramirez if you are looking for a realtor to either sell your home or buying a different home. Another difference that I did observe is she really cares about her clients and she has your best interest in mind. I highly recommend Nancy.

Nancy was great to work with. This became a more difficult purchase at one point and Nancy stayed on top of everything which allowed it to go through smoothly. I would be happy to work with her again!
