Nancy Risk exhibits the level of excellence that Greenwood King Properties exemplifies in Houston’s real estate community. A consistent top producer since 1990, she sells with specific expertise in West University, Southampton, the Museum District, the River Oaks areas, Bellaire, Tanglewood, Memorial, Briarbend and other close-in neighborhoods.

One of her most important strengths, Nancy says, is her function as a facilitator – keeping everyone “on the same page” through consistent communication. She provides the latest technology to her clientele and keeps her clients informed of current trends in the market.

Going “above and beyond,” the call of duty is commensurate with Nancy’s reputation for extraordinary service, as well as her constant attention to detail on all transactions. These relationship-building strengths have earned her a steady stream of repeat business.

Nancy obtained her real estate broker’s license in 1987. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin and her graduate degree from the University of Houston. She has been active in community activities that include volunteering with public schools and with her church where she chaired the Humanitarian Ministry for the Homeless. She also worked with Children’s Protective Services, and was a charter member of The Nancy Owens Memorial Foundation (www.nancyowens.org), which has raised almost $2 million for breast cancer research since 2002.
