Nancy was raised in a beautiful, small town in Northwest Arkansas. The rural lifestyle in which she grew up focused on hard work, family, education, and community. She was so blessed that her father taught me how to run a successful business as well as the ins and outs of real estate including everything from building and selling homes to managing rentals.
After marrying her darling husband, Nancy spent several years in Florida where she worked for the Disney Development Company and Walt Disney Imagineering creating the town of Celebration. The experience of planning the town from the very beginning to seeing the first residents move in fueled her passion for real estate. When they moved from Florida, she continued to work for DDC/WDI and then transitioned into education and volunteer activities. Her family moved several times after Florida and added two sons, one daughter, two cats, two dogs, and an iguana, as well as many wonderful experiences.
They are so very fortunate to have moved to Minnesota in 2009. Her family enjoys all the opportunities available in Minnesota whether it be the world-class dining, the professional sporting events, or the arts scene; there is so much to experience here. Her family is very involved in the local community through their volunteer activities, church, Boy Scouts, local city government commissions, her children's school, and all the sports they participate in, such as hockey, basketball, soccer, fast-pitch softball, and volleyball. Exploring the amazing trails and parks in the beautiful state of Minnesota are some of their favorite things to do in addition to camping and boating on the gorgeous Minnesota lakes. She and her family are absolutely blessed to live there.
Professionally, Nancy is an elected member of the Minnesota Association of Realtors Government Affairs Committee, a member of the Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals (VAREP), and has earned designations as an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR®), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®), Certified New Home Specialist (CNHS™) and am Residential Construction Certified (RCC™).
For 2019, she was honored to receive Rookie of the Year and earned the Chairman’s Circle Gold designation which recognized her as one of the top 2% of selling agents in 2019. It was very exciting and humbling to be recognized for her diligence and hard work. She has been in the top 2% of agents since 2019 and our office earned the Real Estate Agency of The Year Designation in 2021.
