We are so thankful that we found Nancy Santos! She was an excellent realtor, and our guide and support throughout our home purchasing process. We can’t recommend her enough!

As third time home buyers returning to San Diego, we had a lot of questions about where to look and what type of expectations we should have. Nancy was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to walk through each prospect with us, identifying unique aspects of the neighborhoods and value adds of the properties. She took the time to get to know what we were looking for and gave us the understanding and tools to identify prospective homes and neighborhoods that would be a good match for our lifestyle. She was excellent at quickly connecting with listing agents so that we could get in early in a competitive market.

We put offers in on 2 other homes before purchasing our new house. Nancy gave us great guidance in multiple-offer situations, outlining our options and allowing us to decide what we were comfortable with and then presenting it to the sellers. Nancy’s attention to detail and knowledge of real estate was so beneficial throughout our home buying process.

The home we purchased involved incredibly challenging negotiations and pushback from the seller/seller’s agent. Nancy was incredible professional throughout what was a very mentally and emotionally exhausting experience and kept our best interest at the forefront as she worked with the seller’s agent to get us across the finish line. Her frequent and thorough communication, attention to detail and contract knowledge gave us the extra assurance we needed in a difficult purchasing situation and resulted in us buying the home we fell in love with.

We are incredibly happy to be in our new home and we could not have done it without Nancy!
