As a resident of La Grange since 1994, and as a west suburban resident for almost Nancy’s entire life, she is happy to share her extensive knowledge and love of this area with our clients. Nancy has been a Licensed Real Estate Broker since 1997 and has worked primarily with Shannon Kutchek of Compass since 2011 as a marketing coordinator. She is happy to say that she helped her real estate team’s listings gain the attention of a wider audience with our up-to-date technology and ever-evolving marketing expertise.
Over the years, Nancy has also helped to remodel three properties, so you might say she learned the hard way to differentiate between the need for a minor rehab or a potentially major renovation. Nancy loves to look beyond what is visible in a home to communicate the potential that may be uncovered with a little creativity and imagination. As a Certified Staging Consultant, Nancy truly enjoys helping clients prepare their homes for the market to ensure they project the best impression of each home’s qualities when they are listed.
