Nancy is an outstanding agent. She provided me with the things I needed to know about the housing market prior to listing my home. This was an estate sale and the house needed to be updated and decluttered. Nancy organized everything including repairs and upgrades to make this home shine. The result was obvious. We listed the home on a Friday and got two offers above the asking price which led to a contract within two days. I was extremely happy with the price we got and the ease with which were able to quickly close on this property. Nancy is a full-service agent licensed in DC, MD and VA and is a good listener, excellent communicator, easy to talk to and knows the market well. I highly recommend you hire her to sell your home.

Nancy Slomowitz helped me find a place to live when I moved from California to Frederick, MD. This was important, as I wasn’t able to actually see the properties before I moved - I would be depending completely in her ability to assess what I needed, what would suit my budget and lifestyle. She did her research and identified a number of possibilities for me. She visited each property and did a virtual walkthrough with me at each location. One of the properties fit my needs perfectly.
