Nancy is a licensed New Hampshire Real Estate Agent proudly ranked in the top 3% of her company of more than 800 agents. She specializes in residential real estate and land throughout Cheshire County and Sullivan County, providing both buyers and sellers with exceptional service and results.
Energetic and detail-oriented by nature, Nancy consistently earns positive feedback from her clients for her professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication. Her 20-year career in publishing, with a strong background in sales and marketing, gives her a strategic edge when it comes to positioning homes effectively and negotiating successfully on behalf of her clients.
With six generations of family roots in Cheshire County, Nancy’s connection to the area runs deep. After college, she was drawn back to the area to build her life and career in the community she loves. She and her husband live in Keene and firmly believe the area offers an exceptional balance of career opportunities and quality family living.
Outside of real estate, Nancy enjoys taking full advantage of New England’s four seasons. You’ll find her downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, kayaking, sailing, swimming, gardening, or walking the extensive trails in the area.
Community involvement is central to Nancy’s values. She is an active member of the Keene Elm City Rotary and is currently serving as their President. In addition, she is a member of the team that produces the Clarence DeMar Marathon each year. She has proudly served on both state and local boards, including the State Board of Directors for Multiple Sclerosis. She has volunteered extensively with United Way, serving on its Allocations Committee, and was a dedicated member of the Board of Trustees for Hillside Village in Keene, a continuing care retirement community, for over 12 years. During the winter months, she works with Special Olympics downhill skiers and coordinates the City’s Holiday Sponsorship Program in her Masiello Keene office, helping provide Christmas gifts to less fortunate children in need throughout the community.
