Nancy Virta has worked in the real estate industry for about 25 years. She enjoys the feeling of seeing people get the home of their choice. She especially enjoys getting to know her clients. Nancy will collaborate with clients during any circumstance whether it takes a little time to find the perfect home or a client knowing what she wants. Nancy tries to put herself in every client’s shoes and tries to know everything about her clients. Nancy knows every situation is individual and wants to help.

Nancy is a proud mother of three children and a proud grandmother of seven. Nancy has dedicated her life to helping people. she started out in a small Hanover office, moved to Preferred Properties in Norwell, and was the top broker for several years! Then, on to Coldwell Banker and enjoyed several top broker awards in that corporation. She started her own company over 10 years ago and has more energy and creativity than ever. She is now located at Preferred Properties Realty.
