About Nancy

A little about Nancy includes sports, education, and now, real estate. Growing up, she was a successful competitive swimmer. At CMU she received a bachelor’s in science. While focusing her studies on health and biology with an interest in criminal justice, Nancy worked in crime labs, private investigating, and a few other occupations before finding her place in real estate - an occupation that seemed to fit like a glove.

Still enthusiastic about her sport after years of swimming, Nancy begins many days in the water. Swimming has given her the direction, inspiration, and motivation necessary to build her real estate business.

It was the lessons Nancy learned in the pool that helped her make a splash when she entered the real estate profession, and they have kept her several lengths ahead of the pack ever since.

As she became acquainted with how the business worked, Nancy right away noticed a similarity between the work ethic required succeeding in swimming and that needed to build a successful real estate business.

No one drops their time in swimming without practice. Nancy equated that to business; being out there in the world meeting people and talking about the business is her practice. She is not afraid to do the tough stuff!

For Nancy, the theme behind her business is the Golden Rule. It is about doing the right things for the right reasons. The difference between assertiveness and aggression and, between success and failure comes down to a sincere concern for others.
