About Nancy

Hi, there! My name is Nancy Watkins and I am a Broker with RE/MAX Southern in Anna, Illinois. I am married to my high school sweetheart. We have 2, sons and 4 grandchildren Becoming a Real Estate Broker was always on my list of things to do, but that was put on hold for many years.

I am a graduate of Southern Illinois University with a degree in Business Education with an emphasis on Vocational Education Studies. I retired from my job as Health Information Administrator several years ago. After retirement, I did some teaching at our local college, and substitute taught at schools in Union County, and then took time off to spend with my grandchildren. When they all were in school, I finally found time to go back to school and get my broker's license. In my 4th year as a Broker, with sales over $10,000,000!!

My mission now, as a RE/MAX Southern Real Estate Broker, is to make good things happen for other people by helping them with the one of the biggest decision in their lives. My affiliation with RE/MAX makes this endeavor even more special because of their involvement with the Children's Miracle Network.
