As for my story: I am so lucky to be living in delightful Dunedin. My enthusiasm is contagious. My husband and I moved to Florida in 2013 from Massachusetts Brrrrr..... I don't miss the snow one bit. We love to be outdoors. You can find us on Honeymoon Island, Clearwater and St Pete Beach, riding our bikes on the Pinellas Trail, at an event in Downtown Dunedin or playing golf at many of the wonderful courses.

A bit of background if you're still reading - I grew up in a small town south of Boston with a dad who was a builder/flipper. I always loved the whole process. I was the 1st one touring the latest home he purchased. After working in Retail, Accounting, Customer Service and Software Sales as well as raising 3 great kids I found my way back to real estate and for the 1st time truly love my job.
