Had an opportunity to work with Nandan recently as he was our realtor for dream home. Our process for hunting a home started back in November 2021. From then, Nandan kept on helping us with providing all the updated information about the crazy real estate market and also was on top of every house we selected for viewing. He made sure communicate very well with the seller’s agents at all the time and with all the showings that we completed. I must say, he went above and beyond by helping us in all possible way and finally after the hustle and bustle we were able to close our dream property last week. All thanks to Nandan & his team - I would definitely choose Nandan as my realtor/guide going forward for all our property transactions.

He is very accommodating and understands customer needs and preferences are and guides in the right direction . He has been in naperville for long time and he knows about the market very well which was easier for us to find our perfect home. I highly recommend nandan and such a wonderful person he is .
