I am so glad that I was able to work with Nasheen Noor at Keller real estate. She was so helpful in this process and always went above and beyond for our home to sell. As the selling process can be extremely stressful I can remember the countless times that I called her and she had no problem responding to me in a New York minute! If you’re able to work with Nasheen, no you’re in good hands and that you will get the value that you deserve for your home. Even if you are looking for your future home know that working with Nasheen she will always provide you with options, lesson and work as hard as she can to give you what you want even on holidays LOL I have worked with her on both ends of this process

With today’s competitive market, we know that a good realtor is more important than ever. Nasheen was responsive, knowledgeable and experienced. She got us a viewing on the first day of our dream house came to market, she positioned our offer strategically so that it would stand out than others. Finally, when it’s time to negotiate, she knew how to get what we needed. When it’s time to celebrate, she showed us with the best house warming gift with our key! Buying or selling a house can be emotional regardless, but she takes all other unnecessary stress away by walking us through every process clearly and timely. We were fortunate to have Nasheen as our realtor. She has been a blessing to our family.

Nasheen was amazing!!! Closed my wife & I’s starter home well below listing. She really went to bat for us and took her time to understand exactly what we were looking for before she started showing us properties. She really respects one’s time and does not waste it at all. Overall an amazing experience and glad to have been able to make a friend as well along the way.

If you are looking for someone who is always on their “A-Game”, Nasheen is your Girl. I was a first time home buyer and was extremely nervous about purchasing during the beginning of the Covid-19 Pandemic. Nasheen was always one step ahead of everyone, she made the process very smooth with little stress. She was not over aggressive or pushy to get me to purchase, very accommodating and worked around my busy schedule. I’m a military Veteran and she knew how to navigate through the intricacies of the VA home loan process. Nasheen found me a “diamond in the rough”, the property had 3 other offers but she was able to convince the seller’s Real Estate Agent that I was the right buyer, Nasheen’s ability to build interpersonal relationships is above par. Not only did Nasheen get me a killer deal “appraised for $25K above asking” but was able to get the seller to issue Credits as well, I know that without her help I may have paid more or even lost out completely. My favorite trait about Nasheen is that you don’t ever have to call her, she calls you along with everyone else in the buying process (Lender(s), HOA, Inspectors, Escrow Company and Real Estate Agent). She is always ready, it’s like have a “Real Estate Worrier” in your corner. If you have any questions she is practically available 24/7 and quick to respond. I have recommended her services to my friends, family and coworkers. Nasheen is a winner and rising star in her profession. I couldn’t have asked for anyone better, highly recommended.

Nasheen is a true professional! She made selling my marital home stress free and easy. She truly respected that divorce is a highly sensitive time in one's life. She treated both my ex husband and I as equals in the process. She listened to each of us and answered all of our questions. She hosted hands on open houses and attracted the appropriate buyer. She was with the both of us each step of the way. She also successfully help sell the house over the asking price. I look forward to working with her again in the future.
