I first worked with Nassia in 2012 and she was able to sell my house in a bad housing market in less than a week. I was so happy and pleased with my experience that I decided to reach out to her again in 2020 to help me with buying my next house. She stuck by me in a tough housing market and was able to help me find the house I was dreaming of in the neighborhood I was wishing for. Her knowledge, expertise and communication is excellent and I decided to ask her once again to sell my house. She is intelligent and great to work with!

Nassia mentored me on a recent listing that had to be sold quickly. She emphasized on how important it was to get the house ready for the market, including advise on staging. We were able to get a full price offer and ratified contract within 7 days. It was a pleasure working with Nassia. Her knowledge and expertise were very evident and her communication skills were great. The icing on the cake was that she made it fun. I learned a great deal from her and I would highly recommend her.
