Natalee has amazing follow-up and follow through. My husband and I were set on buying a fixer upper, but flippers always snatch those puppies up like hot cakes. After almost two (2) years of browsing online, we finally saw a house that we felt would be the right fit. My best friend recommended Natalee to ensure we get it considering the competitive nature of trying to get a single family home in the 500K range in San Diego. We reached out and explained the situation, and she responded immediately despite being at a friend's wedding. She told us everything we needed in order to put an offer in that Monday. Natalee guided and advised us during the whole process and was able to get our offer accepted against 13 others. We got our little fixer upper and are so excited to complete the renovations. :)

Working with Natalee was such a great experience. She is so very thoughtful, knowledgeable, and sweet. She obviously really cared about getting everything right and making buying a home a great experience for us. It was our first time buying so it was a bit nerve-racking and we felt a bit in over our heads. Having Natalee there to answer questions anytime we had them made it so much better. She did such an excellent job coordinating with all of the different parties and making herself available at odd hours. She really went above and beyond at all moments, including researching an issue we found in the inspection with the sewer, getting the city involved, and having it repaired without extra cost to us. Ultimately Natalee saved us a ton of money and a ton of headache.

I’m so glad I found Natalee when I moved to San Diego. I had just sold my home in northern California and needed a property to lease. Right in the middle of Covid I was concerned about viewing a lot of properties. It really worked out because she had a home with a beautiful view overlooking the bay. It was centrally located and a great price. We met, and she gave me a full tour of the property and the condo and complete knowledge of all the security in the building. She really made me feel at home. She’s very professional, knowledgeable and responds quickly to any questions or concerns. She really cares about her clients and that’s obvious. I really appreciated her friendly and positive attitude! I would highly recommend Natalee for your real estate needs!
