I’ve lived in the Greater Boston area for 10+ years and have heard countless stories of how competitive and challenging the market here is. So, as a (prospective) first time homebuyer, I was a bit intimidated and prepared to feel overwhelmed quickly. I reached out to Natalia first because she had so many good reviews, and after meeting her I knew I wasn’t going to have to reach out to anyone else.

Natalia made the entire experience smooth and even enjoyable. From our first conversation, it was clear how dedicated she is to her clients. She was there every step of the way, answering all questions— no matter how small, early in the morning, or uninformed they made me sound. She is incredibly responsive, professional, respectful, and kind. Her knowledge of the market and her commitment to doing what’s best for her clients really shows. I never felt rushed or pressured. Instead, I felt supported and confident throughout the journey. She also has a curated a great group of local services you’ll need along the way, without any pressure to have to use them (home inspectors, insurance agents, mortgage lenders, lawyers). Having these options made the process so easy and coordinated.

If you’re looking for a realtor who truly goes above and beyond, I can’t recommend Natalia enough. She genuinely cares and gives 100%, just as promised.

My spouse and I are so appreciative of Natalia and her hard work and support during our recent home purchase!! We were anxious first time homebuyers relocating to RI from out of state with an extremely tight time crunch due to new jobs. We had the best experience working with Natalia!! It was our first time buying a home and she was able to walk us through all of the steps in a way that made it so easy to understand. We were looking for about 5 months and we really enjoyed the whole process. She went above and beyond making sure all of our offers were well thought out. Natalia was amazing! We got in touch with her after starting our search with a realtor who wasn’t very responsive, and she was a very welcome change! As first time home buyers, we were new to the process. Natalia walked us through it, put us in touch with an amazing loan officer and lawyer, and remained present with us throughout the entire search. She made an effort to see the properties we were very interested in even when it meant taking an hour drive. And we relied on her honest feedback and knowledge of the business. Up to our closing day she was only a text away to help get through any last minute speed bumps. And even after our move she was thoughtfully checking in. Natalia was super helpful in finding us a pet friendly apartment in Boston even with it being a super competitive market for rentals!!
