My wife and I closed on our first home today over in Edmonds, WA. To claim there was a learning curve for us as first-time home buyers is an understatement. Natalia was highly recommended to us by a co-worker and we couldn’t have asked for a more accommodating/through agent to guide us through our first home buying venture. Not only is Natalia extremely personable and kind, but she is very well versed on the ins and outs of finding a home, offer development and seeing the process through to closing. Natalia was quick and agreeable to look at various homes with us during the search process. This was essential in the competitive market we’re currently in. When looking at homes, she pointed out any red flags and taught us what to look for. She even took the time to walk through the contract documents and point out what items to pay special attention to. Up to closing, Natalia made sure we were taken care of.
