Natalie makes it her mission to help buyers and sellers get to the closing table with as little hassle as possible. Whether they need help getting a home ready for the market or navigating the process for a new home purchase, Natalie has the knowledge and the tools…literally.
Natalie is a constant learner. Having been the head of training and development for an exceptionally large non-profit before starting her real estate business, she has not only honed skills for project and people management, but she is constantly seeking knowledge and embracing new tools to keep up with the market movement. And, she has seen market movement.
Natalie built her business starting with the economic highs of 2006-07, the lows of 2009, the boom of the 2010s and now navigating through the impact of a pandemic as we enter the 2020s. The thing that remains constant is people need a place to call home. People are marrying, divorcing, having babies, losing loved ones, changing jobs, and retiring. These life events often change our living situations.
