Natalie Bohls has lived in the Valley of the Sun for over 35 years. She grew up in Tempe and has also lived in Scottsdale and Phoenix. Now she resides in Gilbert, AZ with her husband Chad and their two children Colter and Raegan. Natalie is a former Division 1 athlete; she earned a full ride scholarship to play volleyball at Arizona State University, GO DEVILS! Her competitive spirit, desire to serve others, and her love and knowledge of the Valley has led her to pursue a career in real estate.
Prior to Natalie’s career in real estate, she worked in High End Residential Interior Design for several years. Her experience in Interior Design carries over seamlessly into real estate. She has been able to help sellers prepare their homes for the market by providing staging tips and tricks. Her design skills also help buyers who need extra help imagining placement of furniture, paint colors, and creative ways to transform a room.
Natalie loves working with her clients; and her clients love working with her. She is extremely hardworking, always available, and diligent. Her constant communication with her clients makes them feel at ease in their process to buy, sell, or lease. She is a full-service REALTOR® and is always willing to go above and beyond for her clients. Her goal is to make buying, selling or leasing a smooth process for her clients from start to finish.
When Natalie is not spending time with her family or assisting her clients, she is coaching volleyball. She has coached all ages of club and has coached both the men’s and women’s varsity teams at Gilbert Christian High School. Coaching brings her joy and allows her to still be a part of the sport that she loves.
