Natalie Carr

After growing up in Central Florida, mostly Winter Garden, I moved on to Tallahassee for college where I studied Marketing and Real Estate at the Florida State University. My graduation year was not the best time to get into real estate and by luck/chance/fate, I spent 8 awesome years teaching middle school Mathematics at Chain of Lakes Middle, Avalon Middle, and finally Bridgewater Middle, before following my desire to try my hand at Real Estate. I have found my knowledge of Orange County Schools to be a great advantage in helping families find the perfect homes in the right communities for them.
Having grown up in West Orange County, I use my knowledge of that area to focus my business on Windermere, Gotha, Winter Garden, Dr. Phillips and Oakland. Winter Garden is most near and dear to my heart as I was lucky enough to spend most of my childhood there and witness it build itself up from a sleepy small town, to being one of the most desired communities in Central Florida. I could not be more proud of my hometown.
