Natalie Harris Gibson, a lifelong Monterey native, recently joined eXp Realty after several years with both Over the Moon Realty and Keller Williams Coastal Estates. Prior to real estate, Natalie worked as a Registered Nurse for ten years, thriving in the disciplines of emergency and then ambulatory surgery nursing. Prior to nursing, Natalie worked in HR for C&S Wholesale Grocers, a leading national grocery distribution company. She led popular corporate training seminars and well as created and published the company’s in-house monthly news magazine, Visions Magazine. Natalie’s determination and motivation have led her down many successful paths. She is not afraid to try new things, and the real estate industry in no different. Natalie enters her new role as Realtor with the same vigor and enthusiasm as HR and Nursing, where she was very successful. Her caring nature and desire to provide service and value to her clients translates to smooth transactions, positive outcomes, and satisfied customers. Natalie truly listens to the needs of her clients and aims to please. She is assertive and extremely organized and will get the job done. Natalie is a graduate of Stanford University (BA in English Literature) and Columbia University School of Nursing (BS in Nursing). She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, and the Monterey Country Association of Realtors. She is blissfully married with two young kids and three amazing teenage step-kids. She enjoys hiking, walking her dog, date nights with her husband, community theater, and lazy days with a good book.
