Natalie Hasny is a real estate aficionado and truly loves what she does. As an Associate Broker with Capital Residential Properties in Washington, DC, Natalie has over 25 years of experience in real estate, with over $750M in sales and over 1,800 executed transactions.

A native Washingtonian who was raised in Bethesda, Natalie has worked in the real estate industry since graduating from the University of Maryland. She began her career in commercial real estate with the Trammell Crow Company, focusing on market research and marketing. Then Natalie transitioned to residential real estate in 2002, when she began new homes sales in Miami, Florida. Returning to DC, Natalie has served as Director of Sales for Capital Residential Properties since 2004.

Natalie is well-versed in the operations of the real estate market. Her years in the service industry have provided her a great understanding of the intricacies of deal making and the mechanics of relationship building. Natalie’s extensive network of contacts in the real estate profession and its related service areas enable her to bring clients the highest level of comprehensive real estate services.
