Natalie Richards

A native New Yorker, Natalie has had her hand in real estate as an investor, prospector, landlord and property manager for over 12 years in both international markets and markets throughout the Northeast United States. When she returned to her Brooklyn roots in 2012, she launched her property management business, and began transitioning from a fundraising and marketing career in which she raised over $41 million on behalf of organizations, helping individuals to meet their philanthropic giving goals. High energy and tenacious, Natalie is providing a full service shop to help people to not just buy, sell, lease and invest in residential property, but also to manage and increase the value of their real estate. Natalie, a natural communicator, life-long learner, and servant leader, promises three things to all whom she works with: to listen, to guide and to deliver.
