Growing up with an established Broker of 33+ years my father, Mark Rusnak, has taught me everything I know to become a specialist in residential resale. A proud 2022 graduate from Virginia Tech in the Pamplin College of Business, I've earned 2 degrees in Real Estate, Marketing Management, and a minor in Property Management. I combine a strong educational foundation with a commitment to greatness, so each client receives top notch service. My journey to real estate excellence didn't begin in the industry. Spending 18 years in Girl Scouts, I was one of the top cookie sellers in my troop. These leadership skills I've acquired now translate into effective negotiations and advocacy for my clients. I was class president at Landstown High School and captain of the Varsity Field Hockey and Swim team. Beyond academics and sports, I have a heart for nurturing and caring for others. Having spent over five years as a dedicated nanny, I've developed a keen sense of empathy and patience.
