Natalie Terry

Natalie has served the greater Charlotte area market for over 18 years; and, thanks to her past and present clients she is honored to receive the Five Star Real Estate Award for six consecutive years. Having grown up in Charlotte and attended the UNCC College of Nursing, she considers herself a Charlotte native. Prior to her real estate career, Natalie was a RN in a busy ICU and ER for 5 years. She’s proud to have served our country 10 years in the Army Reserves / Army Nurse Corps and during a tour in Desert Storm.
Natalie’s optimistic approach and can-do attitude is why 93% of Terry Realty Group’s business is from repeat clients and referrals. She prides herself on excellent customer service and has earned the highly coveted Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, which is awarded to less than 5% of all Realtors® nationwide. She’s also an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), certified by the Graduate Relator Institute (GRI) and a Military Relocation Professional (MRP).

Natalie is an avid traveler, both nationally and internationally, and especially enjoys time spent at the beach.
