I started as a buyer's agent for the first three years of her career and has became a top listing and selling agent first at Prudential Ca Realty in 1995. I have been with Coldwell Banker Realty since 2011. I have taken my business to higher levels at Coldwell Banker. Having been in this business for over 31 years and selling in excess of $293 million plus over 713 deals worth of real estate, you can say I have experience. I have served on multiple committees at PCAR. In 2025 I served as Chair of the Education Committee at PCAR with six years on this committee. I also graduated in May 2024 from Leadership Rocklin through Rocklin Chamber of Commerce. In 2005 became a Placer County Certified Specialist through PCAR's Leadership program. I love giving back to the the local communities I work, especially in Rocklin where I have resided for 28.5 years. Natalie did a great job of pushing the lender to complete the sale on time. This was important to us so that we didnā€™t lose our new home by not closing on time. Natalie was always willing to work with us to ensure we sold the house quickly. She was able to get our house sold in 13 days!
