Natasha was amazing to work with! As first time buyers we had tons of questions. Natasha was so helpful and patient, guiding us through the whole process, from beginning to Key’s!

With the housing market being as crazy and unpredictable as it is, our first few offers didn’t pan out. Thanks to Natasha’s hard work, diligence, and proactive preparation, despite the limited supply of homes, we were able to find and close on an amazing 3 bed/2 bath on an acre of land, in our target budget, all within a month and a half.

Ms. Coleman is a neighbor of ours and had helped a neighbor sell and land their forever home. We wanted the same. Not only was she responsive, she is personal, helped us meet all our "check marks" for the forever home. We have young kids and during the open house she set the house up with a table for gloves, hand sanitizer and shoe booties. We couldn't be happier. Highly-qualified and highly recommended.

I don’t even know where to start. We couldn’t have made it through the home buying process without Natasha, we definitely would’ve backed up out.

I was 8 months pregnant when we started our home buying process. I was given Natasha’s number by a co-worker, I texted her and she answered right away. We set up a time to meet and she had us fill out some papers and asked us exactly what we wanted. Within that meeting she also told us what to expect when buying a home! We got a checklist, figured out our budget, and started searching. She started sending me houses almost right after she left! I was so surprised to see that payed attention to exactly what we wanted!!!! It wasn’t long before we were out looking. We only looked at 3 places before we put in an offer and it got accepted! We weren’t even the highest bid but Natasha worked her magic with the offer, and paying attention to what the seller wanted within the offer. She did not pressure us to buy something out of our budget, and we still got everything we wanted. She was so patient with us since it was our first time, she answers in record timing, calls with updates when your offer does get accept, and talks you through everything. Natasha is the sweetest person you will ever meet, her personality is amazing, and she’s extremely down to earth.
I’d recommended her to everyone! You NEED Natasha as your realtor if you want to get the house of your dreams. 😊

Natasha is a great agent. She listened to our wants and needs and she delivered. Everything she said she would do, she did! I was a first time home buyer and she’s so helpful. She was so patient with my questions considering that I was going to be buying my first home alone. I expressed to her my concerns of being in a good neighborhood and being very selective of what I wanted in a house. She made it happen ! She’s very military oriented and helps get you the best value using your VA loan. HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!
