Nathan helped us purchase a home that we are quite satisfied with. Throughout the entire process, he was hardworking, highly responsive, and very reliable. He followed up promptly on all of our inquiries, and his communication with us, the seller’s agent, and the title company was impressively effective.

Nathan clearly has a passion for his work and is very resourceful. He generously shared his experience and advice, which is helpful for us settle in a new place. Even after closing, he continued to follow up and promptly and effectively answered our questions.

We plan to work with Nathan again if we decide to invest in or sell properties, and we would not hesitate to refer him and his team to our friends and family.

We were referred to Nathan through Dave Ramsey. Given that we lived 1700 miles away from where the house was, we needed many resources to remodel the house and bring it up to the code. Nathan and his team went above and beyond to make this very complicated situation much easier. Nathan was always accessible, ready to answer our questions, making many trips to the house videoing the process of remodel, giving us a clear view of what was happening until we made it to the finish line. Working with Nathan was amazing while selling our house in a changing housing market. He is knowledgeable of the area and knew the unique value of our neighborhood right away and therefore priced our house just right. We can only recommend working with Nathan and his team. I had a very positive experience with Nathan and his team. I was moving from out of state and I had to fire my original realtor because he flaked out at the last minute. Nathan agreed to work with me on very short notice and showed me a lot of homes during my short house hunting trip to the Springs.
