Nathan Krueger

Hello, my name is Nathan and I am a full-time Broker-Associate/Instructor and a Florida native. Born in Tampa, I grew up in Hillsborough County and only left when I joined the U.S. Army. After eight years of serving my country as a paratrooper, my family and I returned to Florida in 2008. We decided to settle in Hernando County because it is centrally located to Tampa and Orlando and has a hometown feel. I have a Bachelors Degree in Management and am a member of the National Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtor, and the Hernando Association of Realtors. I serve at my local association in several capacities which gives me insight to market conditions and builds relationships within the community. In addition, I have completed courses to obtain specialty designations awarded by the National Association of Realtors, Those designations include: The SRS (Seller Representative Specialist) The SFR (Short Sale Foreclosure Resource) I have helped many families buy their perfect home and sell their house so they can begin a new chapter.
