Nathan is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He goes above and beyond to help his clients with finding the perfect home! We moved from Chicago to Auburn, GA and it was definitely a difficult move but he helped put all the pieces together! I will definitely use Nathan again for any future purchases.

Nathan is great! He was able to find numerous listings that checked off boxes on our wish list. He also found us places that were close to things of our interest for activities to do. We lived half way across country and Nathan did an amazing job at answering all of our first time home buyer questions and getting all our needs met from a long distance away. Highly recommend using Nathan to find your home!

We met Nathan with about a month left to find some place to live. He was one of, if not the only person who responded to our inquiries about places to rent. He had other options of places to visit when we met him on day one. Nate was very integral in us asking the right questions about any place we viewed. He always put our concerns and wishes first and was
very professional during the whole stressful process. If something popped up, Nate was available, constantly communicating if there were new listings, and made we sure we knew the most important thing was to find my roommate and I a place to live. I am forever grateful for his assistance and will recommend him to anyone looking for a home, temporary or permanent.

Nathan was one of the only realtors to respond and in a timely manner. He was always quick to update us on listings and knowing we were limited in time he was willing to visit properties as soon as they were open for showings. He’s even checked on us a couple of times since our move. I highly recommend him for your home search. Job well done, for sure!

Nathan was INCREDIBLE! If you are new to the home search process, whether it be renting or buying, Nathan is the perfect guy for you! His patience is absolutely unmatched. I am super picky when it comes to customer service and Nathan really went above and beyond, even when he did not have to! When he reached out to me, I was not in search of a realtor and he stated that regardless of whether he gets paid he still wanted to help me since I had no idea what I was doing. He explained to me what things to look out for to avoid getting scammed and to save money on applications when the home wasn’t worth it. He answered all of my questions in depth and never made me feel like I was just a deal he was trying to close. It just felt like a friend that I had in the business helping me out! I never felt pressured to make a decision or pushed to pay anything which I greatly appreciate . I was not able to rent something at this moment due to personal reasons but I can guarantee that when I get my situation in order, Nathan will be the ONLY person I reach out to!
