Moving our family across the country was no easy feat. Not knowing much about the neighborhoods, schools or even just middle Tennessee in general was a bit overwhelming. Luckily my wife happened to go into an open house that Nicki was presenting. She was very knowledgeable and asked all the right questions. We told her exactly what we wanted, good schools, safe neighborhood, nice house on a little bit of land so that our neighbors aren’t right on top of us. Nicki and Nate went to work. They didn’t bother us with houses that we weren’t interested in and a few of the ones we were she talked us out of. She’d tell us that we could do better, she could do better. She wouldn’t let us settle. It wasn’t easy. Houses sell fast here and typically go for more than the asking price. Everything we looked at seemed to be gone before we walked out the front door. When the house that we did buy came on market we really liked it. So did everyone else. The day it went on market it had around 60 people walk through it and 16 offers on it by days end. One of them was ours. This was the house we were looking for. The house we wanted. The house we moved almost all the way across country to get. Nicki and Nate went to work and put in a really strong offer. At days end we got it. The house we really wanted. We beat 15 other offers. We know that if Nicki and Nate had not been our realtors we probably would have missed out. They go far beyond expectations and will not be happy with themselves if they don’t get you what you are looking for. We highly recommend them and we will definitely use them again if we ever decide to move. Although why would we? We already found the house we were looking for thanks to Nate and Nicki at The Atlas Team.

Nate and Nikki are an awesome team...we were ready to close a deal with a Quicken/Rocket Mortgage banker and his service was horrible!
We walked away from Quicken and thought the house was gone!
Within a day aftyer a few phone calls they connected me with anothe banker that they had done other deals with and all our problems went away.

Like pulling a Phoenix from the ashes we went from buying a house to not buying the house.. and then thanks to Nate and Nikki the house is now ours.
They knew the craziness of the current market and they found a way to save the day!
Not only were they the best part of the home buying process, we now can call them new neighbors and friends!
