Nathan Patterson

A graduate of Middle Tennessee State University with a degree in Economics, Nathan brings a wide range of experience to the Capstone team; from turnaround management, litigation support and valuations in Chicago, to international logistics in Miami, to developing a small retail business into a world leader in online retail here in West Michigan.
Nathan is a member of the International Business Brokers Association, the Michigan Business Brokers Association, the Grand Rapids-based Commercial Alliance of Realtors, the West Michigan Lakeshore Association of Realtors, the Michigan Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors as well as an active member of Rotary here in Grand Haven.

Patterson has been quite involved in our local community, serving in different roles in multiple organizations such as Mulligan’s Hollow Ski Bowl Association, Grand Haven Main Street Downtown Development Authority, Tri-Cities YMCA, and Grand Haven Area Public Schools. In addition, he is a founding member of a local non-profit, Better Bags, which organizes cornhole tournaments to raise awareness and funds for local charitable organizations.

Nathan’s driven nature, entrepreneurial background, as well as his innovative and relationship-driven approach to business brokerage has translated to top-tier service and support to his clients.
