I used Nathan Thomas to find a home when relocating from the West coast and his service was outstanding.
Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who the best choice would be based on their knowledge of the area, work ethic, professionalism, and communication. Nathan Thomas stood out as the best through word of mouth in the community and personal interview.
I spoke with Nathan on the phone and then met with him several times as I toured the area. His knowledge of the immediate and surrounding area is amazing as he is a Florida native, raised in Auburndale.
He understands the local market trends and explained things clearly with graphs to demonstrate projections. As my representative, he put my interest first and listened to my concerns and questions.
I highly recommend Nathan Thomas. He is a genuinely nice and caring person who puts his client’s interest first. You would be hard pressed to find a better realtor.
