The housing market had cooled due to high interest rates and people in my area were complaining about their houses being on the market for months with little interest. However, this did not stop Nathan from selling my house in about three weeks for my target price. Nathan had my home professionally photographed and he made sure other realtors were aware of my (now former) home. Nathan was always quick to reply to my numerous questions, even after the sale of my home. I highly recommend Devlin Realty!

I moved from Florida to California and in this market I bid on eight homes and was outbid every time then I found my new home, and Nathan was a great help in finding my financing and my homeowners. Devlin Realty represented us on a the purchase of our new home. I've worked with a number of Brokers over the years and i was very impressed by their professionalism and knowledge. Unfortunately our transaction became very complicated with issues discovered during our inspection period. They handled everything with tact and grace and did a wonderful job representing us. We're now 30 days after escrow closing and they are still as helpful and attentive as they were on day one as we work through the final pieces of the puzzle. As first time home buyers he took the time to educate us, explained everything, and was easily accessible anytime we needed a question answered.
