Nazar joined Beyond Shelter Inc in October 2021. As an Asset Manager, he is responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of Beyond Shelter Inc’s assets, including risk management, compliance, portfolio management, financial and operational oversight, and capital budgeting. He brings with him 12 years of prior experience in the housing industry, primarily in the affordable and public housing sector, Nazar is accomplished in various functions of the industry, including new development, acquisition rehab, contract negotiations, compliance management, property management, and HUD housing programs. He is known for his strong leadership and teamwork skills, effectively guiding teams to achieve organizational goals and fostering a collaborative work environment.
