I grew up in Jacksonville — my family moved from the Chicago area when I was 9, and I'm a Floridian now because I only want to see snow when a vacation is planned around it.
A few things shape how I work. I'm a Veteran of the Florida Army National Guard, so discipline and follow-through are habits, not slogans. I'm an active real estate investor, which means I look at every home the way an owner does — numbers first, surprises early. And you get me, not a team inbox: I reply personally, usually the same day, and texting is the fastest way to reach me.
I hold the ABR® (Accredited Buyer's Representative) and AHWD designations, and I'm a Glen Kernan Certified Agent for the private, invitation-only Glen Kernan Golf & Country Club in Jacksonville. I work often with veteran homebuyers navigating VA loans and with Florida buyers exploring down payment assistance programs. Buyers work with me under a written agreement we review together; sellers get straight, data-backed pricing guidance.
