Neil helped us along every step of the way to getting our first home, saving us so much time and money but just as importantly saved us from ever having to worry about any part of the process! It’s important to have someone in your court that you can trust and rely on, and Neil exceeded expectations in all regards, and was available at all times. He also has great contacts that he’s built over decades of real estate experience in the area: handyman, home inspector, locksmith, pest control, etc all you can lean on him to put you into contact with.

I got to focus on what I cared about: the house itself, not whether my realtor had reached out to the seller and arranged this or that. I never even met or spoke to the seller. I never felt like I needed to, all thanks to Neil. I’m not sure what one could desire from a real estate agent that Neil can’t provide, and without thinking twice I’d call him again if I were buying or selling a home.

Neil Bacchus of The Bacchus Group is truly a lifesaver. I don't know of any other agent or person who could have gotten me through the recent sale of my property as well as he did. We worked with Neil over 10 years ago to sell a previous property and have always been extremely happy with his service and knowledge.

He always stayed in touch with us and so when it came time to sell the home he sold us, we naturally called Neil.

We received 5 offers and went under contract right away which was wonderful. Then, the nightmare began. The Buyer backed out of the deal to purchase our current home because our roof had been damaged during the installation of our solar panels. We were now stuck with this issue for any other Buyer and this could have ended our ability to sell the home at all without a huge expense of replacing the roof.

Neil came to the rescue! He used the last Buyers inspection report and had us make any repairs that were listed on the report so we wouldn't have these issues during the next inspection. He also reached out to the solar panel company Tesla and got them to come out, evaluate and replace the roof at no cost to me. Amazing!!

We then relisted the property and got 9 offers.

Talk about saving the day! Neil Bacchus is our forever agent, no matter what. We will never use anyone else!

I’ve dealt with several real estate companies/agents in the past but none of them has been as knowledgeable, helpful, professional, and efficient as the Bacchus Group. I recently bought a house in College Park and I had a very reputable agent representing me. However, everything became very challenging and frustrating because my agent was dealing with unexpected personal issues. In addition, the transactions were complicated because the seller had a management company and an attorney involved in the process. Even though the Bacchus Group was the seller’s agent, they stepped in and did everything possible to change a very confusing situation into a smooth process for me. Neil Bacchus is a truly compassionate, concerned person not to mention a top notch real estate agent. Neal helped me sell my deceased son's home in Glenn Burney, MD. I live in Georgia and didn't have the contacts to do the work the house needed to get it ready to go on the market. At first, we were slightly intimidated by Neil’s luxury-brand reputation – we knew our purchase wouldn’t be anywhere near the multi-million dollar homes he’s known to buy or sell. When we discussed our initial hesitation, including our price range, neighborhoods of interest, and our desire to use a VA loan, Neil kindly and patiently explained his real estate mantra – no client is too small and no purchase or sale isn’t worth his or his group’s time.

Throughout our search, Neil kept us updated with new listings and made time to visit property after property, giving us his expert advice all along the way. Thanks to his ethic and perseverance, we closed on a lovely rowhouse in less than a month of searching – in what was considered still to be a hot market. When the notoriously tough VA inspector somehow missed a 100+ year old oil tank hidden under our front porch, it was Neil who discovered it just a day before closing. Neil used his subject matter expertise to work with the closing agency attorneys and ensure the sellers would assume complete responsibility for removing the tank and any required clean up.
