Neil Canlas

Neil Canlas is the co-founder and visionary behind The Canlas Brothers Real Estate Group. Neil started his career in management consulting – he spent 4 years at Deloitte & Touche, one of the most prestigious consulting/accounting firms in the world. Along with his brother and business partner, Daryll, they are real estate rockstars. In their first year of selling real estate, they accumulated over 50M in sales volume without having any established network, a silver spoon from a parent or family member, or deep San Francisco relationships.

If one adjective could describe Neil, it would be tenacious. He always puts his clients’ interests first and is relentless in his pursuit of making his clients’ real estate dreams come into fruition. Armed with unparalleled work ethic and exceptional negotiation skills, Neil is prepared to service all your real estate needs.

Neil also gives back to his community. He regularly appears in newscasts and podcasts, and you can always find him speaking at a local real estate event or panel discussion. He also serves as a mentor in the San Francisco branch of Minds Matter, helping high school kids from low-income families get accepted into top tier universities.

The Canlas Brothers also own and operate a multi-state, full-service purchase and remodel business, Brothers Buy Homes. Given their rehab experience, Neil has blood under his fingernails both as a home rehabber, but also as a seasoned investor and polished negotiator.

In Neil’s personal time, he loves to spend time with his family, lift weights and spend money at Barry’s Bootcamp, and is an international traveling enthusiast. He currently resides in the San Francisco neighborhood of South Beach.
