Neil McKinnell

Neil McKinnell is a Commercial Associate at Sequoia Realty Services. He is responsible for multifamily business development and contributes to acquisition, redevelopment, financing, asset management, operational and repositioning strategies. Prior to joining SRS, Mr. McKinnell was Managing Director for Venstone Partners, LLC, and responsible for acquisition, redevelopment, asset management and disposition of both single and multifamily real estate. Previously, he was Partner at Real Estate Resolution, Inc. and responsible for capitalization, acquisition, asset stabilization, redevelopment and disposition of primarily single family real estate in five states. As an entrepreneur, Mr. McKinnell has founded several businesses pertaining to ecommerce, global sourcing and product development. Mr. McKinnell holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin.
