Hi, I’m Neisha, a Surf City–based REALTOR® serving buyers and sellers from Topsail to Wilmington. I work with out-of-towners, first-time buyers, second-home seekers, and homeowners ready for a fresh start. My path to real estate is grounded in years of relationship-driven work and real-life experience. I am a mom of three amazing kiddos and two sweet pups, now an empty nester, so yes, I have been through it all. Those seasons taught me how to listen closely, stay calm under pressure, and guide people through change with empathy and clarity. In real estate, that means anticipating needs, explaining the process in plain language, and being a steady, trustworthy presence when decisions feel emotional or complex. I believe real estate is personal, and my role is to be a true partner, not just an agent.

Born and raised in New Canaan, Connecticut, I made my way to the coast from Morrisville, North Carolina in 2024, drawn by the laid-back rhythm and possibility of coastal living. Outside of work, you will find me practicing yoga, playing pickleball, or singing karaoke because joy and balance matter. I am spiritual but not religious, growth-minded, and I believe people are capable of meaningful transformation when they feel supported.
