Nell Graham

A consistent multimillion dollar producer specializing in residential and beachfront property, Nell Graham has been in real estate since 1986. She is a Wilmington native with family and business ties to the community. She graduated from Salem College in Winston Salem with a degree in history and education. Nell taught in the public school system for several years before starting her family. She received her Broker's license in 1980 and began work full time in the real estate industry in 1986. Her husband, Fred, is a real estate developer in New Hanover and Brunswick counties, with thirty years of custom building experience. Their fields of work are very compatible and Nell and Intracoastal Realty Corporation have marketed his various subdivisions.
