01/31/2014 - nchavez66 Sold a Single Family home in 2013 in Towne Park, Albuquerque, NM. Nell Lang was the realtor I chose after meeting and interviewing three other realtors. I chose her because of her knowledge of the community TownPark, which is a semi-retired but every changing gated community in Albuquerque. I attended one of her open houses and I knew she was the one from the minute I walked in the door. She created a air of warmth and caring. I've been to a lot of open houses where you get the impression that you are bothering or interfering the realtor. Not with Nell! Also, she is extremely professional, very knowledgeable about closings, etc., and explains everything to you in detail and what to expect. I really appreciated her service.

08/17/2014 - jlelhard Bought a Single Family home in 2014 in Rio Rancho, NM. Within three or four days of contacting Nell, we had several phone conversations and an initial face to face meeting. She quickly lined up two home showings in less than a day. And then provided more information before we left town. (We are from another state.) She also set us up with an online portal to get home listings and updates. And since leaving town, Nell has maintained contact as we further considered a possible move. Nell not only exceeds our expectations in professionalism and service but is enjoyable to spend time with. Actually, we became good friends in just a few days. Though we maintained some contact with Nell, we waited about six months before getting serious about selling our home. When we finally did, Nell was ready to go. It's a long story, but Nell did everything imaginable to facilitate finding, buying, and taking ownership of our new home. With her help and coordination, we were able to smoothly navigate the 1400 mile relocation, including the sale of our previous home and purchase of the new one on the same day. Without Nell's patience and persistence, our move probably would not have happened. She is truly one of a kind. We do not hesitate to give her our highest recommendation.

Even my brother who is a agent in Houston Tx, said, you have a great agent. She worked for me almost 4 years, she never gave up on me. She paid attention to my needs, and she found my house. She was always joyful when talking to me. She has the best interpersonal skills, she really cares about all her clients. And for that I have to give her the best review. Her knowledge which I have very high expectations. She help me every question, even if I have asked her about hundred times. I needed assurance being this is my first home. Looking in Rio Rancho Estates, Rio Rancho, NM Nell answered her phone when I called and was extremely helpful to me, calling back within a day with the information she procured about a lot my family has in Rio Rancho Estates. 04/03/2014 - bvicroy Bought a home in 2014. We had a blast working with Nell. I think she is best described as having two sides to her personality. One the one side, Nell is one of the most genuine, good-hearted people I have ever met. From the first moment my wife and I met her, we could tell she was going to be trustworthy and good natured. On the other side, she turned out to be an excellent negotiator and agent who represented our best interests as buyers. She was thorough, and she always listened to our needs and delivered on her promises. We had a lot of fun looking at houses with Nell and when we found the one we loved, she was quick to act to help us get our offer into the seller. As we went through the contract process, Nell helped us through many obstacles which made some difficult situations go very smoothly. I firmly believe Nell represents everything you want in a real estate agent. She's happy, fun, responsive, an excellent negotiator, and while her personality helps keep the stress of buying a house low, she's always business first. My brother and I had to sell my mom's house near the Albuquerque Academy, but both of us live in other states -- different other states. Nell took care of every detail. She gave us a detailed analysis of the house, the location, the market, and the costs. She coordinated all the decision-making among the parties, who ultimately spanned 4 states across the country. She took care of 100% of the marketing, the negotiation with the prospective buyer, the preparation, the repairs, the closing... 100%. But best of all, she treated all of us with the height of patience (which we really needed), kindness and infinite good will! Nell is the best.

06/21/2013 - user7403827 Bought a home in 2013. I enjoyed working with Nell from day one. I was working with another realtor. He was not very helpful. So my friend gave me Nell's number. Once I started working with Nell, I had my house in about 6 weeks., During the time I had been pre-appoved through my bank. The loan officer I was working with wanted to get me in a higher interest loan and would not budge when I told him the loan I wanted. I called Nell and she set me up with a very nice and professional lady at New Mexico Bank & Trust. I did not want to do that at the time. Once I talked to Sarah at New Mexico Bank Trust I was taken care of. I would recommend Nell to anyone. She is very personal and wants the best for you. Nell doesn't want you to settle for less and she won't let you. I closed on my house on May 14 and I have had some questions for Nell. She has answered my calls every time and has been very helpful. Nell is now the agent for my mom and dad who are selling one of there rentals. They love her.

I had an idea of what I wanted to get (location, price range, type of house, etc..) as a buyer but Nell made me aware of the resale factors as well. She explained to me what will happen along the process (before we even get to that phase), told me different scenarios, case by case situations, and advices me on how to handle/respond to them. She's very responsive with all my questions, very patient, and doesn't mind explaining things over and over again. I closed within 30 days and process went very well. Nell negotiated a lot of the closing cost to be covered by the seller in addition to the repairs that I wanted to get done. Overall, she's an excellent realtor and I would highly recommend her.

03/17/2013 - user6055541 Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $325K in Stardust Skies Park, Albuquerque, NM. Nell is the best real estate agent I have ever encountered. She advocated for me in the negotiation in a very professional and helpful manner. Being aware of the local market and what was going on in the community, she made very reasonable and helpful recommendations to me. She stayed on top of the entire process and even met with inspectors and repair people saving me a lot of time and effort. Finally, she was so organized and helpful at the title company and closing that when I arrived, everything was completely ready and the entire process took a total of about 30 minutes. In short, I have a very busy professional and personal life and was hesitant to start the home buying experience because of the hassle and inconvenience that can go along with the process. Nell was so helpful and professional that all of those worries were unnecessary. She made it easy. She made it fun. And having bought and sold several homes in Albuquerque, I can easily say that I will always use and recommend Nell in any and all future home buying.
