The first time I met Nell to discuss the possibility of listing my house she was well organized, prepared and very educated on the current housing market. She is personable, reliable and professional she remained available to answer any questions during the selling process and always responded quickly. Nell made the home selling process easy to understand and did a fantastic job listing and selling our home. Nell provided an A+ experience and I will definitely refer any friends and family looking to buy and sell in the future. Not only was she our realtor but Nell is now considered a family friend!

Nell knows how to get it done and knows the processes and the people exactly the way a home buyer wants their agent to. I've purchased several properties through her and will be trusting her with a sale as well. He knowledge of investment areas, ability to think on her feet, and contacts in the industry make her an invaluable agent to work with.

I found a little house for sale in Savannah (on line) while living in CA. I called a good friend who had lived in Georgia to ask if she knew any realtors in the area and she gave me a glowing report of Nell Schroer. That report was an understatement of how kind, helpful, and attentive Nell has been to me. Normally, I would not remotely purchase a house, but my friend said so many great things about Nell and after talking to her, I knew they were true. Nell’s integrity, and honesty were the reason I bought the house, but she continued to impress me with her availability and promptness to help me; including (but not limited to) giving me great referrals for all the repairs and services I need. I have been in my new house for few weeks and Nell still checks in to find out if there is anything she can do for me! What a gem!!

Working with Nell was a dream. She’s incredibly professional and efficient yet warm, caring and sensitive to a client’s needs. She’s responsive and knows her stuff. Should I go to buy another home in this area, I would use no one else but Nell and have recommended her highly to friends who are interested in buying a home. She’s the best!
