Our first home buying experience was such a crazy and strange experience… everyone involved on our end even acknowledged how chaotic it was.

However, Nelly was able to step in and support us. She was patient with my many questions, honest about her opinion, and hopeful when houses that I really loved didn’t work out and I got discouraged. She was knowledgeable and had our best interests at heart while always consulting with us about decisions. When she made a recommendation, I frequently asked why lol and she was able to explain her reasonings with patient and grace.

When we bought our first house, Nelly was so helpful. She was always available when we had questions or to set up house viewings. She had such a positive, hopeful attitude when a house didn't have all our qualifications or when a seller took a different offer on the first house we bid. She ended up finding us our perfect first house and helping negotiate a great deal!
