Nelson Caban Jr. is a professional with a strong passion for helping people find their dream homes. Nelson entered the real estate world in 2020, fueled by his love for personal interactions and a desire for a fulfilling career. Back in 2019, he decided to take the leap and earn his license, seeing real estate as a way to challenge himself and provide a better future for his family.

Prior to his career in real estate, Nelson spent over 20 years working in Food Service Distribution, mostly in customer service and sales roles. Through these experiences, he has gained excellent people skills, which he’s honed over the years working with a diverse array of clients.
Born and raised in Miami, Nelson spent 15 years in Miramar before settling in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Nelson’s deep ties to the community make him the perfect choice for anyone looking to buy or sell in the area.
