Easiest process possible. We met with Diana and was given very clear expectations on the selling process, timeframe, and what to expect. From start to finish our expectations were exceeded. We got photos and open house scheduled right away, constant and clear communication, and always had availability for any questions. We felt very well taken care of and prioritized. The selling process after accepting an offer was just as smooth, we were very well managed and prepared for each step till closing day. I will definitely use this team for any purchase or sales we have in the future !

Exactly͏ what you want in an agent, and more!
Nelson and his team are excellent with their communication, knowledge and execution of buying and selling. They were all very friendly and timely with all interactions and guided me seamlessly through every step of the process. Nelson has great contacts for contractors that can take of things that come up during inspections which is was a great added benefit. Use of their moving truck (offered for free when you buy or sell with them) definitely saved us time and money vs. small car trips or hiring movers. They even went as far as hiring a cleaner for us after seeing the state of our new home when the previous owners carelessly left it a filthy mess during their moving process. This took an enormous weight off our shoulders as we had so many other things to take care of. I don't plan on ever moving again, but if I do I will be calling Nelson.

The idea of selling our Taunton condo was daunting, considering my wife works from home in this insane time of COVID, and we have a 1 and a half year old. Nelson assured us that with the market the way it was, we just needed 1 weekend of inconvenience to get the offers we needed.
