About Nelson

Nelson is happily married to his wonderful wife, Lori, and they reside in Plain City, Ohio. They are proud parents of their son, Ryne, a graduate of The Ohio State University who now works with the Hilton management team in Cleveland. Their daughter, Molly, also a Buckeye alumna, is a real estate attorney in Denver, Colorado. Nelson takes great pride in both of their achievements.

Having called the Hilliard, Dublin, and Plain City areas home for over 30 years, Nelson has dedicated most of that time to building his career in real estate. Prior to entering the industry, he served 11 years in the U.S. Air Force with a Top-Secret Security Clearance. He earned his real estate license in 1994 with Ross Realtors and spent 12 years as Vice President of a new construction company in central Ohio. These experiences have given him over 27 years of valuable real estate expertise. His background and certification as a negotiation expert enables him to give clients a competitive edge, helping them secure the best deals and top prices. Nelson is committed to delivering exceptional service through loyalty, hard work, and honesty.
