Nerlande helped me stage my rental property which is listed on airbnb. I begin renting in early 2015 and saw little results with the pictures of my home taken before staging. I decided to consult with a professional home stager to help give my home a more modern look which would appeal to potential renters. I was referred to Nerlande by neighbor and she was available immediately to give a consultation and stage my home for photos. This was one of the best and cheapest investments I could make for my rental property (as I did not want to conduct expensive renovations). I noticed an immediate difference in requests for stays after the first day of putting up the pictures of my newly staged home. I cannot emphasize enough how easy Nerlande is to work with. She is flexible and offered a variety of options that we budget friendly for me :-). I would definitely use her services again!
