She learned the latest techniques of land design, planning, permitting, zoning, and construction processes for industrial, commercial, and residential purposes within the Tampa area.

Working with Nes was an absolute pleasure! Moving from out of state can be a daunting task, but after our first meeting with Nes we knew we made the right decision. Coming from New York, she managed to show us numerous homes in a very small window of time and was still able to find the perfect home for us.
